Agreement to Terms

By using the services provided by RushPro La Habra Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Services Provided

RushPro La Habra Towing offers towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and related services in La Habra, California, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, vehicle type, and specific circumstances. We make every effort to respond quickly, but arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Payment and Pricing

You agree to pay for all services provided at the rates quoted at the time of service. Pricing is based on distance, vehicle type, time of day, and the complexity of the job. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to hold the vehicle until payment is made in full or pursue legal action to collect the amount owed.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your location, vehicle condition, and any special circumstances that may affect the service. You must have legal ownership or authorization to request towing for the vehicle in question. You agree to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before or immediately after towing. RushPro La Habra Towing is not responsible for items left in the vehicle during transport. You also agree to provide safe and legal access to the vehicle for loading and unloading.

Liability and Disclaimers

RushPro La Habra Towing is fully licensed and insured. We take great care in handling your vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures unrelated to the towing process, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the towing service provided. We do not guarantee specific arrival times, and we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other external factors. By using our services, you agree to release us from any claims beyond the scope of our insurance coverage.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before our driver arrives are typically free of charge. If our driver has already been dispatched and is en route, a cancellation fee may apply to cover fuel and time costs. Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases where services were not rendered as agreed. Service fees are non-refundable once the towing or roadside assistance has been completed.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint about our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will do our best to address any problems promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration in accordance with California state law before taking legal action.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of California. Any legal action related to these terms or our services must be filed in the appropriate courts in Orange County, California. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
